Project Description
The Big Sky Town Center Lot 6 project consists of a 7,000 sq ft newly constructed building located Big Sky, Montana. Located in the easily walkable Town Center area, it was originally designed as a distillery and tasting room. The building now features an open and customizable floorplan. It has multi-story windows and various levels focused on the panoramic views of the mountains and forested areas surrounding Big Sky. AE Dynamics performed primary structure engineering services for this building. The building itself is primarily wood framed construction, with a commercial flat roof with parapets. Foundations are conventional strip and spread footings.
