Fortuna Office Building

The Fortuna Office Building was the first commercial building to be constructed in the growing Ferguson Farm Development on the west side of Bozeman, MT. The development emphasizes a clean, light community feel while encouraging medical uses. Several businesses, including a physical therapy office, a nail salon, and an architect call the building home. The building is clad in brick and white metal with significant glass area. This aesthetic provides the preferred design palette to anchor the development. The structure is composed primarily of conventional wood framing, with a slab on grade main level. It is designed with wood framed shearwalls for the lateral system.
