Project Description
42 Crosby is located in SoHo’s highly sought-after cobble stone block. This project is a modern day interpretation of the classic cast-iron loft building. The stainless steel and glass façade provides a reflection of the history of the neighborhood. It also expresses the creative energy that SoHo is well known for. The building is composed of one level of underground parking, commercial retail space at street level, and nine luxury condominium units.
