The Alloy Apartments, located on Berwyn House Road outside of Washington, D.C., is an apartment building with 1,2, and 3 bedroom units. Located just blocks from the University of Maryland, this apartment community is designed with student convenience in mind. Amenities such as a business center, conference room, study areas, and on site parking garage makes the building ideal for today’s modern student. The location is also centrally located to restaurants and shopping, which makes it accessible for young professionals and families who commute as well. AE Dynamics provided specialty engineering services for the aluminum storefront and entrances to the building.
