Belmont University Massey Center (3-D Building)

Located on the campus of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, the newly constructed Massey Center will serve as the innovative and collaborative “front door” for the University. The six story building (the largest on the campus’s East side) houses the Massey Business Centers of Excellence, the Belmont Innovation Labs, and the Belmont Data Collaborative, as well as an Admissions Welcome Center and the University’s Office of Admissions. The building is LEED-certified, showcases repurposed furniture made from the historic Freeman Hall, and has a range of versatile spaces including classrooms, outdoor terraces, and collaborative areas.  The building was officially opened with a ceremony in August 2023. AE Dynamics provided specialty structural engineering for the connections and anchorage to attach the exterior limestone facade to the primary structure of the building.
