Project Description
This multi-family housing project is located in the heart of Big Sky Town Center, Montana. It consists of a total of 13 Duplexes. The duplex units are composed of a combination of 3-Bedroom (2,500 SF) and 4-Bedroom (3,500 SF) models. The 4 bedroom building was built 9 times, while the 3 bedroom building design was used 8 times. Each unit is tastefully appointed with luxury finishes and is within easy walking distance to Big Sky’s restaurants, shops, bars, and other amenities. All units include attached garages as well as covered decks and patios. AE Dynamics performed traditional structural engineering services using conventional wood framing.
