PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Fortuna Office Building was the first commercial building to be constructed in the growing Ferguson Farm Development on the west side of Bozeman, MT. The development emphasizes a clean, light community feel while encouraging medical uses. The building is clad in brick and white metal with significant glass area; providing the preferred design palette to anchor the development. The structure is composed primarily of conventional wood framing, with a slab on grade main level, and wood framed shearwalls for the lateral system.
