Project Description
Harbor Place, is located on the Merrimack River in Haverhill, Massachusetts. It is a new mixed use, mixed income development. The area was designed to provide both pedestrian corridors and offer a wide variety of usable spaces to enhance the local business district along the scenic waterfront area. One of the buildings on the site is a 6 story, 118,000 sq ft mixed use structure with ground floor commercial space and 80 residential units above. AE Dynamics provided shop drawings for the exterior window units. Detailed and dimensioned frame elevations, general installation of aluminum glazing system information, and relevant component details were included.
