Lot 2A is located at 223 Town Center Avenue, in the Town Center area of Big Sky, Montana. The building, completed in 2018, offers commercial and retail space on the ground floor. 1 or 2 bedroom residential rental condominiums are located above the retail spaces. Outdoor seating is available under a large 1,600 square foot roof canopy, and offers a gathering space in the ever growing downtown area of Big Sky.
The building is constructed of conventional wood framing, with a slab-on-grade main level, wood framed shearwalls, and steel moment frames. The outdoor seating area is covered by a steel framed roof.
