PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Tower 28 is a mixed-use building (rental apartments, parking garage, retail, and amenities space) located in Queens. The building tops out at 58 stories (Queens’ 2nd largest tower), and AE Dynamics was intimately involved in a large variety of components at the ground level, the roof, and everywhere in between. A great deal of effort was made on the project to utilize standard manufacturers’ system components in ways that challenge convention. In some cases custom components and extrusions were used to create specific architectural effects.
